Busy Stockton real estate brokerage seeking support staff for office heavily into property management. Experience in real estate is a plus but not required. If you have good basic communication, typing, interpersonal, and computer skills, we can teach the rest. We're a small office, so the type of real estate we're working on at any given time may vary, as well as the job requirements. Will need transportation for the occasional errand. General duties, with training as necessary, include:
Taking rental applications
Responding to owner's and tenant's requests
Basic bookkeeping for property management using good, intuitive software
Preparing documents
Processing monthly statement for owners
Answering phones
Filing
Property inspections
Issuing and following up work orders
Following up remodeling and insurance projects
