We are a busy property management company in Tracy hiring for both a Full Time & Part Time position- Ideally the person would live in Tracy or close to Tracy. EMAIL YOUR RESUME in PDF format and please include your current city of residence.

1. Clear communication; fluent in English, bilingual in second language a plus
2. Driver License, Insurance & own car
3. Working knowledge of ipad, iphone, uploading documents
4. Punctual
5. Confident
6. Ca. Real Estate License a plus
HOURS:
Full Time position is:
Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 5:30
Part Time position is:
Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (mandatory)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 (possible flexible schedule, we may be able to adjust times/days for the right candidate)
RESPONSIBLITES:
-Show rental properties to interested applicants
-answer email & phones, file. General office.
-deliver/post notices
-perform property maintenance checks / drive bys
Full time position will also assist with typing notices, processing rental applications & assisting the property manager with day to day operations
Office is location in Tracy but we do manage properties & have to drive to properties in the Central Valley areas of Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop, Stockton but areas MAY include Brentwood/San Ramon areas.
FIRM $17.00
