HIRING NOW! We are looking to hire a cleaning technician for our cleaning business . We will be doing things like Rain Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Dryer Vent Cleaning, and Window Cleaning. So that mean spending time on top of roofs.
Qualifications:
Not afraid of heights
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Self-motivated
Honest
Strong attention to detail
Has a current drivers license
Has a vehicle to be able to drive to work everyday
Has a valid Social Security number
Able to work at least three days a week for 8 to 10 hours a day
Does not use illegal drugs
Can commit to at least 3 months
Willing to work outside in rainy conditions
Provide a resume including most recent work experience going back 5 years and dates worked and contact information for references with Business card/website listing
Responsibilities:
Perform heavy cleaning duties pertaining to gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning and window cleaning
Go out of town for multiple days staying in hotels for out of town jobs
Maintain cleanliness and mileage logs for company vehicles
Able to work at least three days a week for 8 to 10 hours a day
