Make purchasing decisions (food, paper products and supplies) ensuring budgetary considerations.
Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Must have 5 years minimum of experience in preparation of quality food and beverage production, supervising staff, development and execution of menus.
