We are a long standing leading fire and water damage restoration contractor seeking an experienced and qualified project manager to lead our water mitigation department.
Must have IICRC certifications and at least 5 years experience working directly in the water mitigation industry. Must be proficient with Xactimate estimating software, as well as Moisture Mapper and MICA water mitigation programs.
Duties include overseeing approximately 4-5 techs, responding to initial claim assignments, meeting with homeowners and explaining the mitigation process, ensure necessary authorizations are signed, assessing the needs and requirements of the loss, setting equipment, reading and monitoring moisture levels, writing the Xactimate estimates and Moisture Mapper or MICA reports. This person will basically oversee the entire project until it is turned over to the reconstruction department.
Must be professional, highly organized and willing to take charge of a very important division of our business.
