Job Title: Solderer AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled soldering specialist to join our Manufacturing team and help scale our operations from a small workshop into volume production. In this role, you will take ownership of the mechanical assembly of our drones, with a primary focus on soldering. This position involves soldering for 8 hours a day and managing the soldering process.Responsibilities
Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed schematics and instructions.
Inspect and test soldered joints to ensure quality and reliability.
Perform rework and repair on defective components and assemblies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document and report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process.
Essential Skills
Basic soldering skills are a must.
Assembly experience with hand/power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, drills, calipers/measurement tools, etc.).
Ability to read basic SOPs and non-technical instructions and follow directions.
Great problem-solving skills, good judgment, and proactivity.
Strong attention to detail, mechanical skills, and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 - 3+ years of soldering experience needed.
Assembly experience in a production/manufacturing environment needed.
No specific education requirements.
