Job Title: Facilities ManagerJob DescriptionAs a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing soft service coordinator staff, supporting their training and personal development. Your role will include identifying and incorporating the maintenance objectives of the facility into a documented plan. This will encompass preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures. You will have comprehensive knowledge of all building systems and maintenance processes. It will be your duty to identify and remediate safety hazards within the building, ensuring a safe work environment for all. You will also be tasked with driving Reliability Centered Maintenance best practices, providing customer interface and support, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory laws and guidelines related to the operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of contractors within the building and managing contracted maintenance staff and vendors.Hard Skills
In-depth knowledge of all building systems and how they function
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
Experience in facilities coordination for 2 years within soft services (Janitorial, food service)
Facilities coordination experience in a commercial setting

You will be part of a team of three, taking over from the current manager. The role focuses solely on soft services, as the engineering is handled by another team.
