Position Summary
Provide operational support by managing logistics, communication, and follow-up tasks to enable effective discipleship, guest-experience, and outreach ministries.Key ResponsibilitiesVolunteer CoordinationManage volunteer onboarding cycles, scheduling, and communicationsServe as primary point of contact for volunteer questions, needs, and recognitionData & SystemsMaintain and optimize the Rock database: update profiles, logs, and attendanceRun reports on volunteer engagement and guest-experience metricsWeekend SupportSet up and tear down service materials, check-in stations, signage, and hospitality areasAssist with on-site troubleshooting during servicesCommunications & ResourcingManage the congregation newsletter and social-media updatesAssist in managing and distributing training content for Rooted/Life Group leaders, Guest Services, and Outreach teamsDraft and send volunteer and guest updates about events and service opportunitiesAdministrative TasksPerform general team support for the Lead Pastor and Discipleship & Guest Experience PastorSchedule planning meetings, take notes, and track action itemsSupport budget tracking, purchase requests, and resource ordering
