Description We are looking for a highly organized Payroll Administrator to join a fast-growing biotech company. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.Main responsibilities:
Collecting and verifying timekeeping information for all employees.
Processing and managing payroll and benefits.
Resolving payroll discrepancies.
Preparing payroll reports for management.
Keeping up-to-date records of payroll and taxation laws.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience as a payroll clerk or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
Excellent mathematical and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills.
