Onsite Support Crew (As Needed)
Pay: $300 to $450 per day
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to help out at various job sites. This is an on-call position, so you’ll be contacted when needed. You must be ready to travel, tow trailers, and stay overnight when required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Tow and move trailers (fifth wheel and bumper pull) — A plus
Set up and take down gear and equipment
Stay in touch with our main office for updates
Stay on-site until the job is done
Carry up to 50 lbs and use ladders when needed
Use and maintain generators
Keep your work area clean and organized
Bonus if you have tech experience (running cables, setting up gear, troubleshooting)
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license
Experience pulling both fifth wheel and bumper pull trailers
Comfortable using generators
Can travel on short notice
Okay with staying at job sites for several days
Bring your own essentials (see packing list below)
Networking/Technical skills a plus
What to Pack:
Pants, shirts, socks, underwear
Lightweight and heavy jackets
Sleepwear and toiletries
Work boots or sneakers
Shower shoes
Sleeping bag and pillow
Cell phone and charger
Laptop and charger (if you have one)
Medication (30-day supply)
What We Provide:
3 meals a day
Hot showers & laundry service
A place to sleep
Pay Range:
$300 to start, can go up to $450 per day depending on experience and performance
This is a contract, on-call job. Assignments can happen any time — day or night — so be ready to go.
