Central Coast Tiny Homes is a growing specialty home builder right here in San Luis Obispo.
We are seeking the right team member with experience in leading crews to successful completion of projects, organizing workflow, managing and organizing a workshop.
Candidate must have skills in multiple construction trades but particularly strong skills in framing and finish carpentry. We will train in other trades as needed. Attention to finish detail is critical.
Initially position will include about 75% hands-on building, along with supervising a small crew teaching fellow team members and keeping the shop organized. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities/tasks and work well with others a must. As we grow, the mix will change.
Hours are expected to be full time with occasional weekends. We are a drug, alcohol, smoke and vape free workshop.
Starting pay will depend on experience. Start date is negotiable for the right candidate.
