WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Sunrise Villas, a 69-unit affordable housing community located in Paso Robles, CA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots.

The work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Additionally, this position offers a pay range of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
