Looking for skilled handyperson/jack-or-jill-of-all trades to join our dynamic team. Work will be performed at various vacation rentals spread across the North County (mostly in Paso Robles). Seeking someone with high-energy, good communications skills, willingness to accept new daily challenges, and is able to learn new skills as needed.
Majority of time will be spent on general home maintenance projects such as changing light bulbs, air filters, door repair, towel bar repair, furniture repair, Propane delivery, and trash pickup. Special consideration for candidates with skills related to internet/TV, appliance repairs, plumbing, well equipment, HVAC, pool/hot tub maintenance, and electrical work. We do not require expertise in all of these areas but do expect a willingness to grow and learn new skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively and document work performed in company systems. Must have reliable transportation, though the use of company vehicles may be available at points. Mileage will be paid in addition to hourly rate for use of personal vehicles. Potential use of a company vehicle for qualified candidates.
Weekend availability is a requirement for the position though the schedule can be made flexible depending on workflows, trading shifts, etc.
We are looking for someone to grow with the company long-term and are open to part-time or full-time for the right candidate. Competitive rate of pay to be determined by skill set and experience.
