1. All required to have contractors license in their specified field, and liability coverage. Workers comp if applicable.
2. Good referrals / reputation and ability to showcase high quality work
3. Listed hour / day rate or bidding structure.
4. List if you have employees or solo contractor, both are welcome.
Looking for quality work and willing to pay a fair rate.
