The Landscape Project Manager's mission at Dan's Landscaping is to take a landscaping project from breaking ground through to the final walk through. This includes installing new landscapes, routine maintenance, and one time clean ups and services.
Landscape Project Manager Expectations:
-Read, review, and execute plans and designs for all installation projects
-Estimate and sell landscape projects to customer leads
-Purchasing and organizing materials for all projects
-Talking to customers during the job to address any questions or concerns prior to project completion
- Working directly with technicians to complete projects to Dan’s Landscaping expectations within given projected hours
-Walk through each project and all expectations with technicians prior to each project start
-Walk through of completed work with customer for quality assurance
-Team member developement and training or landscape technicians
-Organizing and filing of all job receipts according to project
- Performing postproduction inspections to report any items needing attention
-Building and maintaining customer relationships

Landscape Project Manager Skills and Experience needed to be successful:
- Landscape installation/maintenance experience and horticulture knowledge (e.g., hardscaping, plant care, irrigation, plant names, etc)
-Customer Service experience
-Valid Driver's License with CLEAN driving record REQUIRED
-Tech savvy
-Leadership skills with a "go getter" attitude
-Conversational Spanish a PLUS
-Ability to pass background and drug screening
