Construction company now hiring. Paso Robles to Santa Maria CA area. Concrete set up and finish. Demolition of concrete, asphalt, and framing. Underground utilities trenching, installation, and backfilling. Earthmoving with heavy equipment, basic understanding of equipment safety, and basic maintenance. Blueprints reading and lay out, and production and crew management. Basic reading and writing in English language. Must have mode of transportation to jobsites. Must have a communication device. 18 years old or recently graduated from high school.
General laborers - 0-2 years' experience in construction- pay $20-$27 per hour.
Skilled Tradesmen - 5-10 years' experience in construction- $28-$35 per hour.
Job site Foremen - 10 - 20 years' experience in construction - $36 - $46 per hour.
