Qualifications:
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented craftsman to join our team. While experience is a plus, we are willing to train individuals who are mechanically inclined and passionate about the work they do. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Knowledge of general construction fabrication practices, wood working, metal working, and assembly.
- Proficiency in drilling, grinding, cutting, and assembling with power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to maintain, assess, and follow through project schedules and deadlines.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, openness to feedback, and willingness to follow instructions.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in building and installing accessories for our
custom adventure vans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing various tasks in the production of our vehicles.
- Punctuality is crucial; failure to be on time may result in termination.
- Learning and applying established build procedures.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Delivering high-quality products on time.

Pay ranges from $22-28+ Depending on Experience
9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off)
Week 1: Monday-Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm
