Fire Protection Technician/Fitter needed for a well established Fire Protection Company.
Fire Protection experience preferred but not necessary. Excellent career opportunity.

Must have valid CA Drivers License.
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
Must be ok with performing early morning, night and occasional weekend jobs.
Must be ok with occasionally being called for emergency jobs at night/weekends (We pay Over Time or Double Time for these jobs)
Must be ok with and physically able to fit into tight spaces to service/repair certain Fire Protection Equipment.
If no experience, training wage of $23/hr will be paid while in training. Training usually lasts between 6-12 months. Thereafter pay is based on your production, with opportunity to earn between $25-$45 based off Technician Level.
Must be willing to join a Sprinkler Fitter Apprenticeship 5-year program. We provide on the job training and on the job pay.

Medical, Dental, Vacation pay (available to use after 1 year anniversary), Holiday pay. Retirement Savings Contributions eligible after 1 year. Company vehicle provided with all tools and equipment after probation/training period.
All of our work is local to our area in the San Luis Obispo &; Santa Barbara Counties. This position will be mainly in the city of San Luis Obispo and North County, including coastal cities. We very rarely send out workers to out of town jobs.
