Project Manager

Central Coast Casualty Restoration, Inc (CCCR) is seeking motivated and career minded Project Managers. CCCR is an established, local general contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration.

Candidates must be passionate about construction, be able to effectively support administrative and operational staff members all the while possessing the desire to learn while contributing to the team. Candidates must be coachable, able to manage their time and tasks, and possess a straightforward understanding of the construction process.

Candidates should also possess the following:

Must have a valid/clean DMV, a clear background and drug check.

Verifiable proof of eligibility to work.

Excellent written/verbal skills.

High School Graduate and or equivalent certification.

Computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and MS Office Applications (word, excel, outlook, etc.)

Ability to read plans, drawings and create accurate take offs

Ability to develop scope specific costs and written proposals

Ability to coordinate and maintain scheduling of equipment, material deliveries, subcontractors, vendors and employees for multiple projects.

Ability to keep project within budgets and timelines

Ability to keep/maintain accurate records, receipts, photo documentation and communication as they pertain to each project

Support, maintain, and enforce job site safety and security for homeowners, staff, subcontractors and vendors

Maintain and enforce company policy and contract requirements

Value and maintain a customer care attitude from preliminary phase to completion of project

Diplomacy and professionalism to others, always

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience/skill level
