Owner of Central Coast auto repair company looking for a reliable, mature mechanic to partner with in the company.(no investment or other costs). Must have substantial tool inventory, experience, and reliable truck. Both domestic + foreign auto skills preferred, not mandatory; at least one type must be advanced skill level.
49% company ownership + 51% of net profits. 3-day work week once per month, 5-6 day work week remainder of each month. Freedom from that no-future shop you're working at now.
