Qualified candidates need to have the abilities to:

-assist customers to make buying decisions

-receive incoming phone calls

-have a technical aptitude

-develop and maintain customer information

-do computer water analysis for pools and hot tubs

-enter quotations, orders, cash sales, completely and accurately

-communicate with Purchasing Agent on product needs and potential product shortages

-explain company policies and procedures (deposit requirements, return goods policy, etc.)

-take customer information for service/repair and warranty work

-maintain and reconcile daily counter cash drawer

-display and actively pursue sales for sale promotions and exclusive offers

-keep desk area clean and organized

-Always represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service

-be responsible for all daily showroom maintenance, up-keep of the internal retail location

-to learn & utilize a proven sales program

-develop and maintain customer relationships

-bond with customers

-listen well and speak clearly

-learn and share product knowledge

-be proficient with the computer (Windows, Word, Excel, Data Base, Internet, etc.)

-achieve sales goals

-create quotes on products

-to lift 40+ lbs.

-keep shelves stocked and faced

-follow up with customers

-organize and manage time

-work independently and with a team

-obtain product knowledge

-communicate well- both in oral and written form

-negotiate with customers

-track orders

-be a team player

-take initiative

Candidate must have min. 2-year college degree (or BS, BA and higher).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,520.00 - $75,000.00 + per year (Salary and Commission)
