NOW HIRING AT THE SHELL SHOP!

The Shell Shop Inc., local icon since 1955, is now hiring! We are a fast-paced shop during the summer months and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about seashells! The main duties for this job will be customer service, register sales, restocking, and wrapping sold items for customers to transport home securely. If you have a friendly, outgoing demeanor for customer service and initiative to get things done, we would love to hear from you! Must have flexible availability to work and be able to stand for the whole shift, as needed. Must be able to easily lift 30 pounds. Let us know if you have experience using a cash register at a busy shop, and if you know how to count change the old fashioned way, as this will be very helpful in obtaining employment here. Please know that summer/holiday availability is required, as this is when we are the busiest. Please stop by the shop in person to fill out an application (Thursday through Monday are best)- we are open daily from 9:30-6:30. We hope to see you soon!
