A little about us…
Fresh Paint Co. is seeking a painting apprentice who genuinely and actively wants to get into the painting trade. This is not a job, this is a passion and a career. We are looking for people who want to excel quickly and become a crew leader.
What is an apprenticeship? Simply put, it’s training from the ground up. This means you aren’t expected to know anything about painting when you begin, but you will need a positive attitude, to work well with a team, some manual coordination, and a desire to work hard and learn new skills. Apprentices will be trained on a 90 day evaluation period.
To safely and properly perform this job, you should be able to safely lift a 5-gallon bucket of paint, carry, climb and work on an extension ladder, be comfortable with heights, be on your feet all day, learn quickly and work quickly, and work outdoors. Working hours are from 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. You must be committed to the patient work of learning the craft of professional painting. You should also have an appreciation for following instructions and accomplishing time-based tasks by adhering to standard procedures. Safety is very important. So is quality.
