You will perform all the duties of an active Real Estate agent while working within the comfort of hourly pay, bonuses and learn all aspects of the business. Taylor North represents several new home developments, resales, buyers, sellers, investors, spec home builders, vacant lots and much more. You will work in all aspects of the business and grow as an agent or assist this amazing team and be part of an incredible career.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings, appointments, inspections, file management.
Hosting open houses, showing properties, working transactions, negotiating contracts, Real Estate practice.
New home sales office management, showings, tours, etc.
Office administrative duties.
Marking, advertising, networking, team training and building.
Communicate with service providers and vendors.
Ensure scheduled services are completed.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License (MANDATORY)
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or other related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft, spreadsheets, emails, computers.
Pay:
Negotiable based on experience.
Hourly pay and bonuses.
Commission based sales position.
