Maintenance Coordinator

We are a growing local property management company that manages rental properties here on the Central Coast. We currently have an available full-time position for a maintenance coordinator. A maintenance or Repair background is a plus but not required. Typical job duties include receiving and assigning work orders to vendors, making sure the work was done, and closing the work orders. The typical workweek would be Monday thru Friday 830 am to 530 pm. The applicant would need a dependable auto, a clean driving record, be willing to allow background check and proof of insurance. The position requires someone that has good communication and interpersonal skills and has strong computer skills and can multi-task and prioritize job duties. Equal Opportunity Employer.
