Schedule: Part-time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:00-5:00pm.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our HR department with data entry and administrative tasks. This is a part-time temporary assignment for approximately 2 months. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update employee data and HR records with accuracy
Assist with organizing digital and physical files
Support the HR team with administrative duties as needed
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
