Office Administrator needed for a growing industrial product company located in San Luis Obispo. This position requires a high level of detail, the job duties include:
-Invoicing customers
-Reviewing/editing service and time tickets for off-site service personnel
-Answering phones
-Data entry into accounting software
-Maintaining safety auditing through 3rd party companies
-Generating shipping documentation
-Misc general clerical support
