WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team located in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, you will assist the property management team in managing all aspects of a 105-unit, market-rate property.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $23.00 to $24.00 hourly. We also offer a comprehensive bonus package and the opportunity to work alongside a tight-knit team.
The work schedule will be as follows: Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, with an occasional Monday flex schedule.
