United Staffing Associates is partnered with a manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our manufactured products meet customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and understand engineering blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements
Utilize a variety of gauges, measuring instruments, and precision tools to inspect components. Including calibration of tools.
Leverage your knowledge to identify and address and discrepancies that may affect product quality
Conduct thorough inspections at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods, to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of inspections results, deviations, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance.
Work closely with production teams and engineers to communicate quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Assist with training of staff in department
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field
Strong plus if background as a machinist
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Pay: $23-$30.50/HR DOE
