Meat Processing Attendant

Looking for a reliable, hard working meat processing assistant for a busy salami mfgr. Must be willing to work in cold environment(50 below) and complete standing and repetitive nature of assignments. Cleanliness and detail oriented work with the ability to work independently and with promptness is desired. Job duties can include the following duties: trimming pork, grinding meat, cleaning meat, cleaning production equipment, packaging, vacuum sealing, boxing, slicing salami and weighing and measuring. M-F 7-3:30pm, closed Federal Holidays.
