We are a growing health and wellness company in search of a Marketing Assistant to support our tech department. The Marketing Assistant will support existing clients, as well as promote products and services. If you are looking for a role where you can utilize both your creativity and your technical skills to add to a growing company, then this is the position for you! This position is located in the Santa Barbara, California area.
What we are looking for:
- Create and send emails, including support notices, newsletters, and product and service announcements
- Develop and update marketing material used for sales campaigns and company events
- Help coordinate public events, including setting up and managing the registration process, coordinating internal assignments, and facilitating travel arrangements for employees and guest speakers at public events
- Update and maintain customer contact and account information
- Manage website content
- Provide administrative support, as necessary
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience working in a marketing role
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and/or InDesign
- Excellent communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Access
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail
