We are looking for a Maintenance Tech II at Murray Station Apartments in San Luis Obispo.

- $20 - $23 hour base payhigher pay depending on skill/experience/availability
HOURS/DAYS:
-40+ hours per week minimum
- 5 days per week
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- On-Call/Emergency After-Hours availability
-Valid California Drivers License
