Growing General Contractor serving the Central Coast based in Paso Robles, CA that is looking to hire individuals with concrete and carpentry experience. Construction projects performed are mainly commercial work with structural concrete.
The Foreman position is responsible for managing a small crew on the jobsite and ensuring the project's success. They are the communication between the field and office.
Job Requirements:
- Leadership experience
- Prior experience in concrete work
- Reading construction documents & plans
- On-time and dependable
- Hard worker and team player
- Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
Job Duties Include:
- Procuring materials needed
- Completing Daily Reports
- Delegating tasks to laborers
- Placing & finishing concrete
- Cast-in place wall formwork
- Elevated concrete deck formwork
- Building and setting forms
- Bending and cutting rebar
- Tying rebar
- Grading dirt / setting pad elevations
- Operating construction equipment
Compensation:
- Up to $40 Hourly (Depending On Experience)
