We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services for our residential and commercial clients under general supervision.
Duties:
-Solar Panel Cleaning
-Window Cleaning
-Solar Panel Bird Proofing
-Gutter Cleaning
-Pressure Washing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry is preferred but not necessary
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills
-Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, working on roofs, working from lift equipment, working around pigeon waste.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience using residential and commercial cleaning equipment
Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and contribute to creating a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Starting pay will increase by $1.00 / HR after 90 days of successful employment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
