Looking for a full-time farm hand for an organic farm in Cayucos. Experience with horses necessary!
Monday-Friday, hours flexible, starts at $23/hour
Horse tasks include:
Grooming, feeding, cleaning stalls, filling troughs, rotating horses between pastures, holding horses for farrier/ vet, and looking after general horse welfare.
Farm tasks include:
Tending to fruit orchards, mowing, weeding, planting trees, spreading mulch & compost, fixing waterlines, and repairing fences.
Other animal tasks:
Feeding cows, looking after livestock guardian puppies, and tending to 2 sulcata tortoises.
