Job Summary:
The Rose Care Group is looking for a responsible and professional individual to fill a receptionist position. The receptionist is responsible for providing quality customer service, being an assistant to the office manager, and must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Scheduling resident appointments
-Preparing prospective resident contracts
-Communicating efficiently between family members, residents, third parties and management
-Updating resident care plans and paperwork using knowledge of licensing forms
-Gaining knowledge of the facility and CA state licensing for RCFE's in order to conduct tours of facility
-Understanding how to interact with the elderly and those with cognitive impairment (Dementia training is provided)
-Answer and conduct customer service when handling phone calls
-Answering the gate phone and greeting visitors-Directing calls and questions to the proper departments
Job Requirements:
-Reliable transportation as position requires availability at multiple locations (San Luis Obispo to Arroyo Grande)
-Proficient technological and computer skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Clear Background Check (DOJ Fingerprinting)-Clear Health Screening and Negative TB
Qualifications:
-US work authorization (required)
-High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-3+ years of experience with customer service (preferred)
-Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
This position requires a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and must be flexible to work holidays.
