We are a community acupuncture & healing center seeking a front desk receptionist to join our small team. We offer sliding scale community acupuncture treatments in our clinic, as well as private acupuncture, massage, and cupping. We also have a retail section where we sell Chinese herbs and an array of supplements. Knowledge about any of these are a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Daily duties include (but are not limited to): greeting and helping patients when they walk in, changing out treatment rooms, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, restocking, and closing.
This is a part time position with the opportunity for more hours as we grow and add new providers to our team. We need you to be available to work all of the following shifts weekly:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm-6:15pm
Fridays 8:45am-3:15pm
Saturdays 11:45am-3:45pm
