About Us:
Kaleidoscope Inn is a charming Victorian wedding venue located in the heart of Nipomo, CA. We specialize in intimate, elegant celebrations and are passionate about providing a stress-free, joyful experience for couples on their big day. We’re looking for a confident, organized, and people-oriented Venue Wedding Coordinator to join our team and guide couples from first inquiry to wedding day.
This is a 100% commission-based role — ideal for someone who is self-motivated and eager to earn based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to incoming leads through our CRM via phone, email, and text
Give venue tours to prospective couples and answer questions about our packages
Close bookings by sending contracts, guiding couples through the reservation process
For our premium packages, coordinate with vendors (caterers, florists, DJs, and cake) and send contracts on behalf of the couple
Lead planning meetings to help couples customize their timeline and details
Run rehearsals and serve as point of contact for the wedding party
Day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly and the couple can relax and enjoy their day
Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about weddings and creating memorable experiences
Friendly, proactive, and highly organized
Confident in sales and client communication
Able to work independently and manage their own schedule
Available on weekends for tours, meetings, and weddings
Experience in events, sales, hospitality, or wedding coordination is a big plus
Comfortable using CRM or event planning tools (training provided if needed)
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role, with high earning potential based on your ability to book and coordinate weddings. Commission structure will be discussed in detail during the interview.
