Blue Moon Over Avila, an upscale, award winning French Bistro in Avila Beach, is currently hiring Sous Chef to join our team. Applicants should have previous Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience, 3+ years of upscale dining, the ability and patience required to recognize, train and maintain fine dining food service standards, as well a strong and verifiable work history. Classical French training preferred, but certainly not necessary. The Executive Chef, and many of us on the current team have worked our way from dishwasher, up to where we are today.
