Looking for TWO POSITIONS IMMEDIATELY
Pastry Chef/Baker + Cake Decorator
Pastry Chef/Baker MUST be available early mornings and SATURDAYS are non negotiable as well as holidays. Looking for someone that can come in to a kitchen, take over the current menu and add on some new items as well. The bakery is both savory and sweet so we need someone that is fluent in both in the kitchen. We are seeking someone that is a team player that works easily and well with others- this job CAN be pretty flexible and I would consider someone part time if they were a good fit. Shifts begin at 5am- the day is typically done by 2/3 pm.
Cake Decorator
Must have ACTUAL DECORATING skills we decorate a full range of custom items including buttercream {not royal} cookies. Please look at our Instagram account to see if your style might be on par with ours. We are a fun group but looking for someone who can work Thurs- Mon hours are super flexible. Pay is DOE tips included. You would be responsible for baking cakes off, filling cakes, crumb coating and decorating. Also responsible for cutting cookies, baking off and decorating cookies. You must be creative, easy to work with and CLEAN +NEAT. We IDEALLY would love someone who is looking for a managerial position who might like to take some ownership over the department in time they would be responsible for keeping a running list of items needed in the department, etc.
Both positions will receive tips from the tip pool based on hours worked and they are quite generous.
