Niner Wine Estates is a family owned and operated winery and restaurant seeking a Line Cook. This is a part-time position reporting to the Executive Chef. The normal work schedule is a 4 day week, Sunday - Wednesday from 9:30am-5:00pm. We offer competitive wages and incentive pay that can add up to $5/hr to the hourly base.

Job Duties:

- Show up ready

- Set up kitchen and preparing station to standard

- Cook to standard with care, attention and thoughtfulness

- Clean up after yourself and others as you work

- Help the team and organization work through immediate needs and future goals

- Organize and clean kitchen at end of shift

- Communicate station needs

- Ask questions and ask for help when needed

- Take personal and operational hygiene and sanitation seriously

Qualifications and Skills:

- Service-orientated, putting the needs of the guest and operation before oneself

- Able to listen and follow direction and be coachable

- Able to think independently within the team dynamic and goals

- Initiative and positive vibes

- Honesty and integrity

- Work in a clean and organized manner under pressure and time constraints

- Must have a strong desire to do and be better tomorrow

- Must want to be here and a part of our team

- Good personal hygiene

- Passion for food, cooking, hospitality and team

- Must be able to lift 55lbs from floor to countertop

- A high school diploma or GED
