Requirements:
-Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2. Housekeeper
Position: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
-Ensure all guest rooms are prepared to meet our high standards of luxury.
-Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
-Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are in optimal condition.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
-Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
