Doughboy's Pizzeria GB is looking to fill the positions of Pizza Chef & Kitchen Team Members. The pizzeria will be reopening soon.
Hours of operation are 11:30 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, 11:30 am to 10:00 pm on Friday, and 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sundays, until the start of Football Season.
This is a small Pizzeria with seven tabletops. We anticipate most of our business to be with DoorDash & Pick Up from Online orders or phone-in orders. Initial shifts will be staffed by 2-3 people.
`We are looking to fill all shifts with a combination of full-time and part-time employees. We are not just looking for anyone. We would like you to be a part of the Doughboy's Team & Family.

Pizza Chef - As a Pizza Chef at Doughboy's, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to our recipes and standards. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by producing delicious, authentic pizza and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Food Handler's Certificate Required, Must have experience in the kitchen; working in a Pizzeria is a plus.
1. Pizza Preparation: - Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and specifications. - Create beautiful, delicious pizzas by assembling ingredients with skill and creativity.
2. Cooking: - Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively. - Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
3. Quality Control: - Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation. - Conduct regular checks to ensure ingredients are fresh and ready for use.
4. Kitchen Maintenance: - Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized throughout your shift. - Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
5. Collaboration: - Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and timing.
6. Inventory Management: - Assist in inventory control by keeping track of ingredients and supplies. - Notify Owners of low stock or needed supplies to ensure timely replenishment.
7. Customer Service: - Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries or special requests. Customer Orders, Delivering Pizzas to Customers' Tables, Ability to use the POS System & DoorDash System, Answering Phones for Telephone Orders
Kitchen Team Member - Will be working under the Pizza Chef. Must have Food Handlers Certificate, No experience required, Experience in a Restaurant is a plus, Experience in a Pizzeria is a plus, plus.
1. Food Preparation: - Assist in preparing ingredients for daily items on the menu, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
2. Cooking: - Cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils. - Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe cooking environment. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away at the end of every shift. Take all trash out to the proper receptacles.
4. Assisting Colleagues: - Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations. - Support Pizza Chef and other Kitchen Team Members in daily tasks as needed.
5. Customer Service: - Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries or special requests. Customer Orders, Delivering Pizzas to Customers' Tables, Ability to use the POS System & DoorDash System, Answering Phones for Telephone Orders.
