Sally Loo's Wholesome Cafe is a busy local cafe looking for bright, friendly, and energetic people to join the crew. We are a small team of dedicated and creative cooks.
As the assistant baker you will work under the head baker Saturday and Sunday morning. The baker shows up to the cafe first. They follow our house recipes to get baked goods out in the case before we open our doors at 8am. Job duties include following a production schedule, measuring out dry goods and baking items off in the morning. The baker must pay strong attention to detail, be creative and are expected to take care in each step of the process. The baker also works alongside the kitchen for half of the shift - working on food prep and making orders. Ideally the baker is not out late the night before shifts and is extremely reliable and dedicated to their team.
Days available: Saturday and Sunday 5am-12pm
