Understanding of, or willingness to learn about child development and play based philosophy.
Comfortable with animals and mess.
Experience and joy for caring for children under 6.
Clear background check.
Comfortable with all-weather play/lots of hours outside.
Garden skills are valued.
Support children in social/emotional development.
CPR/First Aid certified
