Athletic Stuff, an online retailer of athletic, recreation and physical education equipment, is seeking an energetic and customer friendly person to be part of our team and assist in running our small office and warehouse. The ideal applicant would be reliable, a quick learner who can multi-task while still being detail oriented and has basic knowledge of sporting goods. Internet, computer, QuickBooks, and Photoshop skills are desired but not necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process daily orders
Answer emails and phone calls
Provide excellent customer service
Pack / ship orders
Provide order tracking
Perform basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
Take phone orders
Assist in managing our website
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Reliable and accurate
Familiarity with QuickBooks software
Strong internet skills
Photoshop or other image editing software knowledge is desired
Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, and for 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
