United Staffing Associates is assisting an established agriculture equipment and parts retailer in Paso Robles seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join their team. In this full-time position, you will assist with customer service and the selling, receiving, organizing and delivery of products and inventory.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to assess their requirements and provide tailored product and/or parts recommendations.
Research product availability on behalf of customers and assist them with ordering and billing.
Collaborate with the service team by aiding in procurement of parts for repair technicians.
Contribute to maintaining visually appealing merchandise displays and ensuring efficient inventory management.
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the parts department to enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements:
Ability to use computer software with basic proficiency in data entry and keyboarding.
Fundamental understanding of automotive/agricultural parts and equipment.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to function effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus.
