Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administration & Sales Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is organized, punctual, and enjoys helping customers while supporting our sales and office operations.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in-store or over the phone.
-Support sales by processing transactions accurately.
-Maintain organized records and manage administrative tasks on the computer.
-Assist with follow-ups and customer communications to ensure satisfaction.
-Help keep the showroom welcoming and organized.
-Learn product details to answer basic customer questions.
Qualifications:
-Strong computer skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work part-time (weekends if needed).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
