The Bookkeeper provides accounting support for the Financial Services Department.
Essential Duties Include:
Guarantee services compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
Ensure compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management.
Execute proper allocation of agency resources (product, space, time, people, etc.).
Maintain books of account-general ledger, receivable/payable, cash, sales and payroll
Assist the Financial Director in preparing monthly financial statements for approval by the Executive Director and Board of Directors
Assist other departments on implementing accounting policies and procedures
Maintain department filing and corporate information
Enter accounting data into the computer to consolidate into the general ledger
Inventory tracking for all department
Monitor purchases for each department
Provide support to Supervisors requesting information needed for Staff and Clients
Process Client timecards and complete payroll spreadsheets
