Cinnamon Energy Systems is looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Digital Marketing Managerto join our team onsite in Los Gatos. In this role you will be responsible for the production and ongoing support of podcasts, videos, and various customer marketing activities.The ideal candidate is both creative and effective at
managing programs and related resources in on-time delivery of a variety of marketing content.
Responsibilities:
Producer of The Energy Show
Provide planning, scheduling, andoversight of video and audio content/editing andpublishing ofThe Energy Show, a weekly podcast targeted to consumers and industry professionals.
Write creative and compelling episode overviews and subject titles, Shoot, edit and deliver final production video that includes both live engagement and subject matter content.
Manage audio production effectively by using third party audio editors
Add still images and video clips to improve engagement on audio podcasts
Define and implement programs that drive subscriber growth across YouTube, podcast platforms and house lists.
Manage email marketing to house lists to promote weekly podcast promotion.
Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines Social Media Content Management
Define, schedule and post content for both the podcast and company on target social media platforms
Understanding of techniques to improve click-through, content views/listens and registration, Marketing Video Production
Define, storyboard, shoot, edit and deliver end-to-end production of video supporting market
awareness and demand generation for publishing across social, website and email platforms. Event Management
Research, book and provide planning and on-the-ground execution oversight for 4-5 seasonal events in the company’s target market.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate has extensive experience creating high-impact audio and video content, is a natural storyteller, and loves to explore and try new ideas
You love words, whether they are written or spoken, and are excited to communicate across multiple channels
You have solid creative and technical skills, strong project management capabilities, and have significant experience shooting, editing and publishing video based content.
Interest, and ideally passion, about clean energy, solar power and battery storage. Nevertheless, however candidates who demonstrate the ability to get up to speed quickly, to ask the basic questions that ensure accuracy and precision, and to ask the unexpected questions that illuminate a topic will be considered.
Experience managing program calendars, scheduling, and ensuring availability of planned resources,
and managing various resources in the production of final output for publishing.
Ability to share a portfolio of proven success designing video content, including storyboarding,directing
the capture of still images and video footage,providing creative direction for content edits and final production, and program management.
Clear written and verbal communication
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to support multiple objectives and guide various indirect resources to achieve success of planned content.
Organized multitasker with good time-management skills
Have strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines
This is an on-site position in the company’s Los Gatos headquarters.
